Who We Are
About Us
Konnecting the Dots was founded by two dedicated individuals with a shared passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by homelessness. The journey began when the founding director encountered a woman at a community gathering who revealed the heartbreaking reality of her family's struggle. She and her three children had been living in her sister's garage for two years.
Inspired by this encounter, the director took immediate action, working tirelessly to help secure housing for the family. This pivotal moment sparked a commitment to helping others in similar circumstances, leading to the formal establishment of Konnecting the Dots CIC.
To eradicate homelessness one step at a time by konnecting individuals to housing, employment, and community-based solutions.
