Our Commitment

Safeguarding Policy

Konnecting the Dots CIC is committed to the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every person we work with — including the people we support, our volunteers, staff, and partners.

Policy in Development

Full Policy Coming Soon

We are currently finalising our comprehensive Safeguarding Policy to ensure it fully reflects our values and meets all regulatory requirements. This page will be updated as soon as the policy is complete.

In the meantime, if you have a safeguarding concern, please contact us directly and we will respond promptly.

Our Safeguarding Commitment

What We Stand For

Even while our full written policy is being finalised, our commitment to safeguarding is absolute and already embedded in everything we do.

Everyone is Safe Here

We create environments where people feel safe, respected, and free from harm — whether they are accessing our services, volunteering, or working with us.

Zero Tolerance of Abuse

We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, neglect, or discrimination. Any concern raised will be taken seriously and acted upon.

Protecting Vulnerable Adults

Many of the people we support have experienced trauma, homelessness, or social exclusion. We take our duty of care to vulnerable adults extremely seriously.

Trained and Aware Staff

All staff and volunteers working directly with service users receive safeguarding awareness training and know how to recognise and report concerns.

Confidentiality with Limits

We respect confidentiality, but we will always act to protect someone from serious harm — even if that means sharing information with the appropriate authorities.

Working with Authorities

We work in partnership with local authorities, social services, and other agencies to ensure the right support is in place for those who need it.
