Where It All Began
A Journey Built on Compassion
Every great organisation starts with a moment. For Konnecting the Dots, it was a conversation at a community gathering that revealed the invisible suffering of a family living in a garage. That moment became a mission, and that mission became a movement.
The Spark
Our founding director encounters a mother and three children living in a garage for two years. This moment of connection ignites a lifelong commitment to tackling homelessness.
First Steps
Informal support begins through community gatherings, church services, and local events. Word spreads that help is available, and more families begin reaching out.
Growing the Team
The co-director joins forces with the founding director. Together, they combine expertise, values, and a shared vision to create something more structured and sustainable.
Formal Establishment
Konnecting the Dots CIC is formally registered as a Community Interest Company. The organisation now has a legal structure, governance framework, and a clear mission.
Expanding Reach
The organisation grows its network of community partners, landlords, and local authorities. Hundreds of individuals and families receive practical support across London.
Building for the Future
New programmes launch including the Konnect Pathway and the Konnect Wheel framework. The team grows and the impact deepens across more communities.
Today and Beyond
Konnecting the Dots CIC continues to grow, innovate, and walk alongside those who need it most. The mission remains the same: eradicate homelessness one step at a time.
