The Konnect Pathway Partnership is our flagship programme connecting responsible landlords and property owners with individuals and families who are ready to move into stable accommodation but need a landlord willing to give them a chance.
Many people experiencing homelessness are perfectly capable of sustaining a tenancy. They simply lack the opportunity. A poor credit history, a gap in rental history, or a period of sofa surfing should not define someone's future.
As a Konnect Pathway Partner, you provide the property. We provide the support, the preparation, and the ongoing relationship management to make the tenancy a success for everyone involved.
